When I first joined Onvi, the first version of the Mobile Order and Pay application has just been released. But we soon realised we had to pivot and develop the fully-fledged POS experience. With new ways of working, we successfully delivered a feature-rich product in just under 9 months, ultimately processing over 4 million orders and taking £66 million in GMV.
